      I am looking for something to raise my PC keyboard because the legs on it aren't high enough. I don't see anything on here that would do that. Would this do the trick? Or would it only work for a Notebook Computer?

This adjustable riser has 6 different adjustments between 5 1/2" and 7 1/2" and an angle range of 14- 27.5 degrees.

      I am really looking for a desktop phone stand with a small storage area underneath so I do not need the riser to be very tall.

      Yes. The height range (5 1/2"- 7 1/2") is measured on the back end of the lift. This adjustment allows for an angle range of between 14 and 27.5 degrees.
